Payment methods accepted - If you wish to place an order and your payment method is rejected this is due to the limit set on our website. However, you can contact us via email and we can try arrange the order outside of the website which will accept your payment method.

Refunds - Orders that are lost in transit by the courier result in a 100% refund to the customer including the cost of books, shipping and customs. If the order returns back to us because of the customer not paying customs then we grant a 100% refund only for the cost of the books, not the shipping.

Returns - We only accept returns or exchanges if: The item is damaged or defective or You received the wrong item. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns for change of mind due to the nature of our products.

Tracking orders - Once the order is placed the customer immediately receives a confirmation email, after a few days they will receive a follow up email with their tracking number. Simply search up the courier's website click "track" and type your number in.

Customs & Import duties - International orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate the exact amount, as customs fees vary by country. As a general guide, charges may range from approximately 10–20% of the total order value. If Customs & Import duties are not paid the order will return to us.
