. Damaged Items: Photographic evidence is required for all damage claims. Once approved, a 70% refund will be be issued for the affected items.
. Lost Parcels: If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, replacement copies will be sent free of charge, including shipping.
. Unpaid Customs & Taxes: If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, no refund will be issued. Customers may choose to pay the return shipping costs and any applicable customs charges to have the order resent.
