. Minimum Order Weight of 10kg

. Instalments: If you wish to pay via instalments please attach a note to the enquiry or simply send us an email, this only applies to UK orders.

. Damaged Items: Photographic evidence is required for all damage claims. Once approved, a 40% refund will be be issued for the affected items.

. Lost Parcels: If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, replacement copies will be sent free of charge, including shipping.

. Unpaid Customs & Taxes: If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, no refund will be issued. Customers may choose to pay the return shipping costs and any applicable customs charges to have the order resent.

. Delayed Delivery: Total delivery time is expected 18 days If your order takes more than 21 days to be delivered (not including any delayed time in customs) from the warehouse you will be granted a 25% Refund.

Please note we manage many different orders, if your order goes beyond 21 days we may not notice until the customer makes us aware.
