📦 Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of printed Islamic material and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. However, we may offer exchanges or replacements in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

  • Your order is missing items that were confirmed as shipped

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging (if applicable)

  • Reported to us within 7 days of delivery

🧾 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Books that have been opened, used, marked, or damaged after delivery

  • Items bought on sale or discounted pricing (unless damaged in transit)

  • Digital products (if offered in the future)

  • Gift cards

🔁 Exchanges or Replacements

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will:

  • Replace the item at no extra cost

  • Or offer a store credit or refund, depending on the situation

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

💸 Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return request is approved, we will:

  • Notify you via email

  • Process a refund to your original payment method (if applicable)

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or provider

  • Refunds for non delivery cannot be issued unless we are notified within 20 days  of you receiving your order fulfilment confirmation.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.

🌍 International Orders

For international customers:

  • Customs or duty fees are non-refundable

  • If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to accept customs/import taxes you will be refunded 100% of your order upon return less shipping fees. 

  • Replacement shipping costs may apply

📮 How to Return an Approved Item

After contacting us and receiving return instructions:

  • Securely package the item

  • Send it to the return address we provide in our response

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours

🌟 Cancellations

We understand mistakes happen.

  • You may request to cancel anytime before your order ships.

  • Please note: payment processing fees are non-refundable once an order is placed, so these are deducted from cancellations.

We try to process orders quickly, so please contact us ASAP if you need to cancel.
